As we pivot to an all-virtual Hammers & Ales event, you may have a few questions
about how to maximize the perks of your ticket.

Q: How do I get my food and brews?
A: The week before the event, we invite you to the ToolBank during specific hours (listed below) so that you can pick up your full party pack. This will include vouchers to participating restaurants, product from local breweries and ToolBank signature swag items. The value of the party pack is nearly 75% of the ticket price!
We are located at 1224 Wicomico Street, Baltimore, MD 21230. We are very close the Ravens Stadium in the Carroll-Camden / Pigtown neighborhood.
You can stop by the ToolBank any time between these hours the week of Hammers & Ales:
Monday 10/12 between 2 - 6pm
Tuesday 10/13 between 11:30am - 6pm
Wednesday 10/14 between 2 - 6pm
Thursday 10/15 between 11:30am - 6pm
Friday 10/16 between 2 - 6pm
If you'd like a friend to grab your party pack for you, just make sure they know the name and email of the person who bought the ticket. If you are joining as a sponsor guest, make sure to reference the name of the sponsor when picking up and we will cross-reference our list.
Q: When do online auctions open?
A: Our two silent auctions will open on Monday 10/12. You will receive an email at the address used to register with a link to the auction site and notice that auctions are open.
Our raffle auction will also open on Monday 10/12. You will have options to purchase raffle tickets when you pick up your party pack. Virtual sales will also be available on the night of the event.
Q: How do I bid on auction items?
A: For a brief tutorial, including a short video that walks you through the process, visit this link.
Q: How do I attend the actual on the evening of Saturday 10/17?
A: You will be sent a unique link to join our virtual event via Zoom the week of Hammers & Ales. This link will be sent to the email address you used to register. If you are a sponsor guest, the lead contact for the sponsorship will receive the link and be responsible for forwarding to you.
Q: What will happen at the event itself and when?
A: Opening music begins at 5:50pm with formal remarks starting at 6:30. Throughout the event, DJ Collective 'This Is Not a Drill' will play multiple sets including a Get Hype set, a Sing-Along set, an 80s set and more. Two rounds of silent auctions will end during the event; one at 8pm and the second at 9pm. Raffle auctions will be pulled at approximately 7:45pm.

5:50pm: Opening music set.
6:30 - 7:00: Remarks including details about how the ToolBank is serving in the COVID-19 Era, featuring images and videos.
7 - 7:45: Get Hype music set.
7:45 - 7:55: Raffle auction winning tickets pulled, brief announcements and a short ToolBank video.
7:55 - 8:30: Sing-Along set.
8:30 - 9:15 - 80s set.
9:15 - 10:00: Moonlight set.
When do auctions end?
The first round of our online auctions will end at 8pm. The second round of our online auctions will end at 9pm. Raffle tickets will be sold in person when you pick up your party pack and the winners will be pulled at approximately 7:45pm at the event.
If I win an auction or raffle, how do I get my item(s)?
Similar to pick-up of party packs, we will have open hours at the ToolBank the week after Hammers & Ales to allow everyone to pick up their winning auction and raffle items. A limited number of auction items may be available to send to winners virtually. We will mark these items in the auction itself. In this case, we would email you your winning item(s).
