Q: When do online auctions open?
A: Our two silent auctions will open on Monday 10/07/24. You will receive an email at the address used to register with a link to the auction site and notice that auctions are open.
Q: How do I bid on auction items?

Q: When do auctions end?
The first round of our online auctions will end at 4pm on event date of 10/12/24. The second round of our online auctions will end at 5pm the same date. Raffle tickets will be sold in person at the event. Winners will be pulled at approximately 4:30pm. You do not need to be present to win raffles.
Q: If I win an online auction without attending, how do I get my item(s)?
We will have open hours at the ToolBank the week after Hammers & Ales to allow everyone to pick up their winning auction and raffle items. A limited number of auction items may be available to send to winners virtually, which will be indicated in the description of the item online. In this case, we will email you your winning item(s) within one week of the event.
You can stop by the ToolBank to pick up your winnings on these days and times:
· Monday 10/14 between 2 - 6pm
· Tuesday 10/15 between 11:30am - 6pm
· Wednesday 10/16 between 2 - 6pm
· Thursday 10/17 between 11:30am - 6pm
· Friday 10/18 between 2 - 6pm
Attending the Event
Q: What the parking situation on the day of the event?
A: We highly encourage using a ride share service to get safely to and from our party. That said, street parking is free and unrestricted! While our block will be a little busy on the day of Hammers & Ales, you should find ample street parking within 2 blocks of our facility at no cost.
Q: What will happen at the event itself and when?
A: Doors open at 1pm with food trucks, music, raffles, auctions and games available throughout. Brief formal remarks start at approximately 2:45pm. Two rounds of silent auctions will end during the event; one at 4pm and the second at 5pm. Raffle auctions will be pulled at approximately 4:30pm.
Throughout the event, there will be food trucks (served until 5pm), local brews, music, and incredible company!
