As we are offering both in-person and virtual tickets, you may have a few questions about your ticket.

Q: If I attend virtually, how do I get my brews and swag?
A: The week before the event, we invite you to the ToolBank during specific hours (see below) so that you can pick up your full party pack. This will include product from local breweries and ToolBank signature swag items. The value of the party pack is nearly 60% of the ticket price!
We are located at 1224 Wicomico Street, Baltimore, MD 21230. We are very close the Ravens Stadium in the Carroll-Camden / Pigtown neighborhood.
If you'd like a friend to grab your party pack for you, just make sure they know the name and email of the person who bought the ticket. If you are joining as a sponsor guest, make sure to reference the name of the sponsor when picking up and we will cross-reference our list.

· Tuesday 10/12 between 11:30am - 6pm
· Wednesday 10/13 between 2 - 6pm
· Thursday 10/14 between 11:30am - 6pm
· Friday 10/15 between 2 - 6pm
Q: When do online auctions open?
A: Our two silent auctions will open on Monday 10/11. You will receive an email at the address used to register with a link to the auction site and notice that auctions are open.
Our raffle auction will also open on Monday 10/11. You will have options to purchase raffle tickets when you pick up your party pack.
Q: How do I bid on auction items?
A: For a brief tutorial, including a short video that walks you through the process, visit this link.
Q: How do I attend the actual event on the evening of Saturday 10/16?
A: When you buy tickets, you will be sent a unique link to join our virtual event via Zoom. This link will be sent to the email address you used to register. If you are a sponsor guest, the lead contact for the sponsorship will receive the link and be responsible for forwarding to you.
Q: What will happen at the event itself and when?
A: Opening music begins at 5:40pm with formal remarks starting at 6:30pm. Throughout the event, DJ Collective 'This Is Not a Drill' will play multiple sets. Two rounds of silent auctions will end during the event; one at 8pm and the second at 9pm. Raffle auctions will be pulled at approximately 7:45pm.

Q: When do auctions end?
The first round of our online auctions will end at 8pm. The second round of our online auctions will end at 9pm. Raffle tickets will be sold in person when you pick up your party pack and at the live event. Winners will be pulled at approximately 7:45pm at the event.
Q: If I attend virtually or bid on auction items without attending at all and I win an auction or raffle, how do I get my item(s)?
Similar to pick-up of party packs, we will have open hours at the ToolBank the week after Hammers & Ales to allow everyone to pick up their winning auction and raffle items. A limited number of auction items may be available to send to winners virtually. We will mark these items in the auction itself. In this case, we would email you your winning item(s).
